Terms & Conditions

## Bookings
All bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment.

## Cancellations
Cancellation 60+ days before departure: full refund less $100 admin fee. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation for any reason.

## Prices
All prices are quoted in USD and include applicable Kenyan taxes. Park fees, accommodation, meals, and transfers are included unless otherwise stated. Drinks, laundry, and personal items are not included.

## Liability
Blue Mountain Trekking & Safaris acts as a tour operator. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents arising from acts of God, government action, or third-party suppliers. Travel insurance is mandatory for all travellers.

## Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or factors beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated immediately and equivalent alternatives provided.
